2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon full settlement of agreed invoices, 100% ownership of custom code, unique designs, and assets created specifically for the client are assigned to the client.
3. Payment & Milestones
Payments are structured into defined milestones as specified in the project proposal. Starting package prices indicate baseline costs for standard scope and may adjust based on custom integrations or expanded specifications.
